Leg days are a girls best friend!

So, after eating that amazing power breakfast, I ventured off to my training center with my BCAAs and Karbolic in hand. I began with a 45 minute, intense cardio session. The sweat was pouring! If you’re feeling adventurous and sick of that plain run of the treadmill routine, give this a shot.
