I can’t believe it’s 10am?! I was so entwined and excited with my new blog, I was up until 2 in the morning. That’s so unheard of. But I la-la-looooove Saturdays!!! For two reasons, other than the obvious day off of work. This breakfast and leg day. With that being said, let’s go make Saturday our bitch!
I start my day with a delicious power breakfast and plan out my meals for the day, as well as my method of attack for the gym. It’s always leg day. That’s why breakfast is crucial.
