Myths Debunked!

So, Steve and I are always hearing people say things like “Well, won’t your muscles turn into fat when you stop working out?” or the infamous retort from women, “I don’t want to look like a man.” How about “All carbs are bad.”? We’ve all heard that by many fad diets. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve tried the South Beach Diet. But, like most diets that cut out entire food groups, it’s not only unhealthy but the results are not long term.
Here is a list, that will continue to grow, of common fitness & diet myths and why they are not true.
